- Tuna mayonnaise
Kabobs – Children like it. Take some pieces of chicken, cheese, bread, grapes without seeds, any other fruit and place on a stick. You can use disposable sticks for your kid to throw away after they are done. All food groups can easily be included in this recipe.
Pancakes, are perfect for quick snack. Use them as a base to load on your delicious toppings. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, opt for savoury pancakes instead. I usually put the following toppings on my pancakes.
- Ice Cream
Quesadillas – You just need a tortilla, a little cheese, chicken, black pepper and various sauces. Add some sliced apples to balance the lunch. Add a box of juice (low sugar) and you’ve got a nutritious lunch.
