I make my own Cajun seasoning and use it on my meat and fish dishes. From time to time I will add a teaspoon of Cajun to my chicken pasta. Cajun makes a great tasty addition to tomato based sauces.
Another thing I like to do is, spread coconut oil on my toast and muffins instead of using butter. I would personally always opt for the best quality of coconut oil, especially when it comes to cooking.
